Advanced closed protection trainees graduated in Al Ain
Al Ain Special Tasks Section of ADP Directorate General of Security Guard and Special Tasks has celebrated this morning the graduation of Close Protection Training Course trainees. 21 police elements from the Special Tasks section and Emiri Guard HQ participated in the course during the period from 7 to 21 October 2010.
Lt. Colonel (S) Ahmed Ali Al Shuhi, Head of Al Ain Special Tasks Section said in his speech to the graduates “The course comes within the framework of ADO general strategy to qualify and train its human cadres so as to promote performance for a community security and stability. The course provides participants with basic skills to protect VIPs against risks, and basic tactical firing skills”.
At the end of the ceremony Lt. Colonel Al Shuhi gave away certificates to the graduates, in the presence of Major Saeed Nasser Al Issai, Commanding Officer of 1st Official Tasks Company and a number of officers.
