Abu Dhabi police conducts mock drill at a workshop building
Emergency and Public Safety Department of Abu Dhabi Police participated on Wednesday in a mock drill to evacuate a workshop building of a company affiliated to the National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) at the industrial area of Al Mussaffah.
The drill aims to enhance efficiently of police agencies in carrying out relevant tasks, said head of planning and emergency branch at the Emergency and Public Safety Department, First Lit. Abdullah Al Sagheeri.
Lauding the efforts made by all participating parties, he indicated that the drill is one of the main methods to upgrade performance,Several units took part in the drill including civil defense station at Mussaffah, technical rescue and rapid intervention, ambulance section, traffic and patrols directorate, Mohammed bin Zayed police station in Mussaffah.
Ambulance, rescue and fire fighting vehicles also took part.
