A total of 230 branch heads, departments' directors, non-commissioned officers and members of the Abu Dhabi police were introduced to incentive programs and systems, in a workshop organized by the Employees Appraisal Department at the Abu Dhabi Police Officer’s Club.
Major Mohammed Hassan Al Bloushi, Head of Job Incentive Section at Abu Dhabi Police, said: “The workshop aims to spread a culture of motivation among police members through programs, in line with the job incentive methodology, which encourages employees to learn more about incentive systems applicable in Abu Dhabi Police.”
Lieutenant Abdulla Al Ameri, Head of non-commissioned officers and personnel Affairs at Abu Dhabi police talked about the model employee award and procedures required to apply for it. He also reiterated the importance of training, honoring the distinctive members, and methods to issue appreciation certificates at the level of Abu Dhabi police.
Lieutenant Hamdan Al Alawi, Head of Officer’s Affairs, mentioned that the workshop contains many motivational programs, such as medals of honor given to police members.
