Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, received a certificate obtained by the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters in his office yesterday. The certificate acknowledges the Abu Dhabi Police as one of the top five government departments for its distinguished performance and its participation in the Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre system. The Abu Dhabi Police received more than 1,000 cases in 2012 as per the system’s data.
Sheikh Saif listened to a presentation delivered by the team about the efforts undertaken by the Complaints and Suggestions Section personnel in the Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, in terms of the receiving complaints, suggestions, and inquiries and the response process.
Sheikh Saif congratulated the award-winning team for their achievement, and urged them to continue pursuingexcellence in police work and providing better services to society.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director - General of the Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police; Colonel Muhammed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri Strategy and Performance Development Director General, the General Secretariat of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Colonel Saud al-Saadi, Director of the Secretariat of His Highness, the Minister; and a number of senior officers.
