The Abu Dhabi Police organized a specialized customer service training session for its staff. Colonel Anwar Abdullah Al Mulla, ICT Director, attended the session’s graduation ceremony titled: "Outstanding Performance and Accomplishment Methods in Service," which lasted one week and saw the participation of 14 members from the General Directorate for Central Operations Department.

Colonel Anwar Al Mulla emphasized that such sessions refine the employees’ abilities in order to accomplish their jobs to the fullest, especially with regard to customer service, which requires outstanding methods and skills.

The session, held at the Police Officers Club in Abu Dhabi, discussed the importance of customer service and its role in shaping a positive image, the methods adopted to relate to customers, and the best ways to continuously raise their level of satisfaction.

At the end of the session, Colonel Al Mulla praised the discipline and the outstanding performance of the participants. He also distributed certificates to the graduates, in the presence of Captain Nasser Abdullah Al Saidi, Training Liaison Officer in the Central Operations Department.
