The Operations Department at the Abu Dhabi Police introduced a delegation from the Department of Transport to the services, programs, and systems it uses to serve the public.
Lt. Colonel Mohsen Al Yafe’i, Deputy Director of the Operations Department met with a delegation from the Transport Department headed by Khadija Al Amoudi, Director of the Client Services Department. They discussed ways to develop joint cooperation; the delegation also listened to an explanation about the work undertaken by the Operations Department and the stages of development that it underwent.
Lt. Colonel Al Yafe’i said that the delegation’s visit reinforces Abu Dhabi Police’s methodology of communicating with partners and introducing them to the public services it offers, in addition to the techniques it uses. He pointed out that such meetings contribute to the development of client services and service excellence that complies with quality standards.
The meeting was attended by Major Muslim Al Kathiri, Head of Supportive Services Coordination at the Operations Department; Captain Eissa Al Marzouki, Director of the Strategic Planning Branch at the Operations Department; Capitan Abdullah Al Falahi, Head of the Technical Affairs Branch; Capitan Ghaleb Al Kathiri from the Clients Services Department; First Lieutenant Fahd Al Dahmani, Secretary of the Office of the Department’s Director; and First Warrant Officer Ismael Al Hosni.
