Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, attended a graduation ceremony that recognizedpolice officers that have completed a specialized training course. The ceremony was attended by Holger Farnung, Military Attaché and Head of Unit at the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Arab Emirates; Lieutenant Colonel Saleh Al Amoudi, Director of the External Training Branch; and Captain Nasser Abdullah Al Sa’idi, Manager of the Training Branch at the Directorate General of Central Operations.

Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations,handed out certificates issued by the Emergency and Public Safety Department to the graduates at the Directorate General of Central Operations and the Directorate General of Civil Defense in Abu Dhabi. He stressed the keenness of the police force to improve the capacity and performance of all employees, and theirgoal ofdeveloping the police force and security services in a way that reflects the strategy of the Ministry of interior,which aims to train their resources to the best of their abilityin accordance with international standards.

He added that continuous training is an efficient way to develop the skills of security personnel. Major General Al Raisi urged the graduates to make continuous efforts to improve their work in order to achieve excellence.

For his part, lecturer Brigadier Jürgen Thiele from theGerman Policehighlighted the mutual cooperation between the German Police and the Abu Dhabi Police, wishing the people of the UAE prosperity under the leadership that supports employees in all fields.
