A liaison officer at the UK embassy to the UAE has lauded the huge efforts being made by the Abu Dhabi Interpol office in supporting international cooperation and enforcing the law, praising the good position and great reputation which the UAE enjoys in various international and regional arenas.
He also commended the continuous cooperation between the two countries in various police and security related fields.
Ali Salem Al Khalyyal, director of the Interpol Department at the Ministry of Interior has earlier received a delegation from the UK embassy who visited the department, with the presence of Major Nasser Al Tallay, head of recovery section.
He discussed with the visiting delegation a number of issues of common interest pertaining to the missions of the Interpol, and boosting relations of mutual cooperation and expertise- sharing.
