ADP organizes a lecture about preparation for disasters
ADP office of Victims Affairs has organized a lecture on “How to be prepared and get ready for disasters”, The lecture was delivered by Dr. Salim Saeed Al Dhhoori and was attended by the office of Victims’ Affairs Department of Selection and Recruitment, Engineering Projects Department and Purchasing Department personnel.
The lecturer spoke about how to get prepared for disasters starting from the protocol up to practical preparations, how to identify victims of disasters (DVI) including the required equipment and programs, and the need for morgue services.
He reviewed examples of disasters in the UAE and other countries and how to deal with them. He affirmed the importance of training for persons who should deal with disasters.
