Major General Mohammed bin Al Awadhi Al Menhali, Director General of Human Resources at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ honored 12 outstanding staff members from the various Human Resources Departments, winners of the Ideal Employee Award. The Award, currently in its 15th and 16th edition, is organized by the Employees Performance Appraisal Department at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ.
Major General Al Menhali emphasized the keenness of the police leadership to encourage outstanding personnel in Abu Dhabi Police and appreciate their efforts.
He stated that the ADP’s strategy aims to dedicate attention to the human cadre, create a competitive environment and urge honorees to pursue further excellence and innovation in their work. He praised the outstanding staff members’ efficiency that earned them the Ideal Employee Award; lauding their distinguished efforts and their dedication in performing the tasks entrusted to them. Concluding, he wished them further success and progress.
For their part, the honorees expressed their happiness to receive the Ideal Employee Award, pledging to pursue further excellence in the service of police work.
The honoring ceremony was attended by Brigadier General Jassim Mohammed Al Marzouki, Deputy Director General of Human Resources in Abu Dhabi police and a number of officers.
