The Forensics Department of Abu Dhabi Police has discussed enhancing cooperation and coordination mechanisms with a visiting delegation from Zayed Military Hospital.
Colonel Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, Director of Forensics Department said the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation in scientific fields, especially in "DNA," pointing out that the visiting delegation, was briefed on DNA examination tests and results, conducted by the Lt Colonel expert Safiyyah Abdullah Al Ali.
The delegation headed by Lt Colonel Physician Faisal Ahmed Farhood has toured the Criminal Biology Department where it was briefed on the nature of work and scientific and laboratory procedures pursued at the Department.
The visiting delegation expressed admiration about the huge achievements attained by Abu Dhabi Police thanks to its highly qualified native staff members, and praised the sophisticated equipment which contributes actively to achieving criminal justice.
At the end of the visit, the two sides have exchanged memento shields.
