The Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters has examined developing ways to strengthen the mechanisms of work and to enhance public services within the sections of the Directorate General of Central Operations in Al Ain.
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, accompanied by Brigadier General Ismaeel Al Sirakal, Deputy Director-General of the Directorate General of Central Operations, and directors of the departments of the Directorate General of Central Operations met with a number of customers at the Department of Licensing and Drivers in Al Ain, to identify customer satisfaction about the services provided by the department.
He discussed with Lt. Col. Ali Salem Al Dirae, head of Licensing and drivers in Al Ain, ways to develop and elevate work, within the strategy of Abu Dhabi Police, and recommended to add new services that may contribute to accelerating the procedures in order to save time and effort.
He also visited the Technical Rescue and Rapid Intervention Branch of the Emergency and Public Safety Department at the Al Ain’s district of Zakher. He got briefed on the workflow at the operation room and listened to the recommendations made by the Director of Emergency Department regarding the development of mechanisms for joint operations in Al Ain.
