The Ministry of Interior discussed the Work Mechanisms of the Police Judicial Council of the Ministry at a meeting chaired by Colonel Dr, Obaid Khalifa Al Shamsi, Director of Police Judicial Council at the Ministry of Interior, and attended by heads of divisions and general departments at the UAE level. The meeting was held at the lectures hall in the General Department of the e-Services and communications.
The meeting discussed the policy of Police Judicial Council in line with the administrative resolution No. 78 of the year 2012, in addition to a number of related topics.
The meeting agreed on the work mechanism of the upcoming phase, and on informing the Judicial Council with the latest developments on the previous resolution.
Colonel Al Shamsi met also a delegation of legal affairs department at the Dubai Police General Headquarters headed by Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Rahman Al Shaer, Director of Legal Affairs at the Dubai Police, a number of topics of mutual interest were discussed including ways to promote cooperation, coordination and exchange e of information and expertise between the two sides.
The delegation reviewed the tasks and specializations of the Council Colonel Al Shamsi reviewed the tasks and specializations of the legal department of Dubai Police.
The meeting was attended by heads of divisions, and legal researchers at the Council.
