The Strategy and Performance Development Department at the Ministry of Interior’s Naturalization, Residency, and Ports Sector, recently organized a workshop pertaining to the implementation process of the sector’s initiatives for the years 2014-2016. The workshop was held at the Abu Dhabi Police Officers Club, in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Interior’s Strategy and Performance Development Directorate General.

The workshop, which was attended by a number of initiative submitters from the sector, reviewed the various proposed initiatives which aim to upgrade the standard of services provided by the sector to the public, so as to achieve customer satisfaction across the Naturalization, Residency, and Ports Sector’s different departments.

Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Hammoud Al Nabhani, Chief of the Strategic Planning Section at the Naturalization, Residency, and Ports Sector gave an overview of the workshop’s desired goals to enhance awareness and knowledge of the models of strategic initiatives at the sector. He said: “The sector’s initiatives include community and service-oriented initiatives, which aim to provide distinguished services, and achieve customer satisfaction at the countrywide level.”
