A Delegation from the UAE Ministry of Interior headed by Lt. Colonel Dr. Saeed Matar Al Seraidi, Head of Quality Department, reviewed the best practices adopted by the UK Police in fields of Administrative Operations Management and Development, and how to align them to the work of the Corporate Performance Department.
This came during a recent visit made by the delegation to the UK in which the delegation visited a number of leading police leaderships in this field including the Metropolitan Police, South Yorkshire Police and Greater Manchester Police forces.
A number of practices were reviewed by the visiting delegation including the administrative operations framework that is based on a user interface, operation development approach based on priorities of development and financial efficiency, and a new operations management model for all police centers.
The delegation included: Major Dr. Ali bin Daein Al Ghafli, Major Nasr Khalifa Al Falasi, Captain Abdullah Shames Al Mazroui, Captain Hamid Al Raei Al Shamsi, expert Talal Al Kilani, and expert Dua Al Ghalban.
