“Special Rooms” competition held

The Department of Correctional and Punitive Establishment at Al Wathba organized “Special Rooms” competition for Al Wathba female inmates, as part of Establishments periodical programmes to encourage inmates.

According to Captain Mai Ahmed Mahmood, Director of Women Branch this activity was part of ADP programmes to activate constructive participations. The programme included awareness lectures on general cleanliness, personal hygiene and how to maintain the establishment clean and tidy. Medical Services Department, Religious female preachers and social workers participated in the event. At the end of the ceremony winner inmates were given prizes.
