The Abu Dhabi Police Social Support Center in Al Ain participated in Al Ain Festival 2014 held recently at Al Jahili Park. The festival, organized by Al Ain municipality, is part of the “Thank you Khalifa” initiative.
As part of its participation, the center interacted with the public and acquainted them with the role and objectives of the social support centers, as well as the services they provide to different society segments.
The work team supervising the center’s pavilion also answered the public’s questions and gave them advice related to various social and family matters. They also distributed 400 awareness guidebooks titled “Social Glances”, which tackle a number of social issues and how to deal with them, in addition to advice and instructions for families and communities.
The center’s work team interacted with children, granting them the opportunity to show their artistic skills through a free art studio and offering them symbolic gifts.
