"Residency Affairs" Coordinating Committee discuses the problem of
absconding domestic staff
Major General Mohammad Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, chaired the second meeting of the Coordinating Committee for Residency Affairs, held at the Directorate General Headquarters. The meeting was attended by Brigadier Ali Omer Al Shamari, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman and Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Colonel Ibrahim Ali Al Sarkal, and Deputy Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi and all Members of the Committee.
The meeting discussed a number of issues shown in its agenda, including the problem of the effect of absconding domestic labor on families and residency law violators.
The meeting reached a number of recommendations which would be submitted for necessary actions in due course.
