A number of members from the Abu Dhabi Police Central Operations, graduated after completing a Diploma of human resources course, to raise their competence in this field.
Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police Central Operation, stressed the importance of the appropriate qualification of employees to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively; as well as to harness the available resources to develop the human cadre as training is the key to development and a means to reach the best levels of qualification.
He pointed out that the Support Services departments play a vital and important role in providing outstanding services, to achieve the goals of the police institution.
The course tackled the importance of giving attention to the human cadre; attracting competencies; qualifying employees and providing them with practical skills and knowledge. It also focused on evaluating employees to give them an incentive to work and be more productive.
The Director General of Central Operations distributed certificates to the graduates, wishing them luck.
