Moroccan delegation visits Abu Dhabi Police departments
A delegation of 34 members from the Moroccan Ministry of Interior is on an eight day visit to various departments of Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters to get them acquainted with the various safety, security and training programs being implemented by the Abu Dhabi Police
The delegation was headed by Major General Mohammed Alam and was received at the General Headquarters by Major General Mohammed Khamis al Junaibi, Deputy Commander in chief of Abu Dhabi Police.
The delegation then visited Brigadier Matter Al Muhari, Director of ports and boarder security at the security affairs department. The delegation then visited the criminology department and forensic lab.
The members of the delegation then visited the central operation department where Brigadier Ahemd Naser Al Raisi,director general of the central operations department explained about the latest technology applications being implemented at various departments of Abu Dhabi Police.
The delegation also visited the Training and Development department of the Abu Dhabi Police. They were received by Lt.Col.Khalifa Butti Al Shamsi, Director of the training and development department of the General directorate of Human resource development, at the General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi Police.
The delegation was briefed about the ongoing training programs at its training centers and also about the training strategies for the future. The delegation went around to see the facilities and keenly observed the training processes and methods adopted by the department to meet the training requirements and standards of its personnel.
The members of the team were much impressed with the facilities and programs. They expressed their great gratitude to the leaders of this country and also to HH Lt Gen. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed al Nahyan, the Minister of Interior for giving them this opportunity. Many of the Senior Officers from the General Headquarters accompanied the delegation. Mementos were also were given to the members of the delegation.
Both the sides expressed their mutual regards and discussed the opportunities of cooperation between the forces of their countries in various fields. They also expressed happiness over the existing good relations between both the countries.
