The Leadership Development and Creativity Center at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H. Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior has announced the launch of the second Future Leaders Program. The program, which will take place over the course of eight years, aims to train young and promising leaders at the MOI. The program is a way for the MOI to invest in its team.

It is worth mentioning that the Future Leaders Program has certain admissions criteria and conditions that are based on objective standards. After passing multiple levels, officers attend training and education courses and are allowed to take part in a number of developmental classes that are based on the best international practices. Through this academic program, participating officers earn an M.A degree in Leadership. The program also offers a clear career path, as the program places the participants places the participants in positions of leadership within the Ministry of Interior.

 Additionally, the Future Leaders Program provides participants with career opportunities with the Ministry of Interior’s strategic partners in external sectors. This aims to offer future leaders the chance to earn a vast amount of experience that will eventually improve the standard of police work at the Ministry of Interior.
