Major - General Staff Khalifa Harib Al Khaili, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior met Sunday at his office with directors general and departments directors at the Sector of Assistant Minister of Interior for Resources and Support Services.
During the meeting, attendees have reviewed the MoI report results of the secret shopper applied by the Resources and Support Services Sector during the first month of implementation. Director of Customer Services at the Secretariat -General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minster and Ministry of Interior, Lt Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, has made a presentation about the project, its outcomes and the development proposals.
At the end of the meeting, Al Khaili directed the directors general and departments’ directors at the Sector to take all necessary measure to improve and upgrade the services provided to the MoI customers according to the highest standards of quality and excellence.
