Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior, met on Tuesday morning at the Ministry’s headquarters, the heads of the delegations participating in the 23rd Annual GCC Civil Defense Director Generals Meeting hosted by Abu Dhabi from the 20th till the 24th of May.
The meeting was attended by Major General Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, Acting Director General of Civil Defense, and Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Saeed Al Mazroui, Director of International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Interior.
Al Khaili kicked off the meeting by conveying to the participating heads of delegations, the regards of H.H, Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and H.E. Lieutenant General Saif Abdullah Al Shafar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, as well as their good wishes for the success of the meeting, to establish significant recommendations that would contribute in promoting joint GCC work in civil defense.
