Brigadier General Ahmed Abdullah Al Hajeri, Federal Police School Director attended the graduation ceremony of three specialized courses. The courses, attended by participants from the various directorates and departments at the Ministry of Interior, focused on developing the skills of employees working in the field of Transport, and other traffic-related areas.
In his address during the ceremony, held at the Federal Police School’s Sharjah Headquarters, Brigadier General Al Hajeri stated: “The Ministry of Interior has been achieving remarkable successes in the various strategies it implements. Moreover, training has become the key element of the administrative system, and the starting point towards innovation, quality and excellence”.
He added that the human cadre is the key component of the integrated training process, which seeks to develop the knowledge and hone the skills of the Ministry of Interior’s employees. This would promote the efficiency and effectiveness of individual and institutional performance at the ministry.
At the end of the ceremony, Brigadier General Al Hajeri distributed certificates to the graduates.
