The Al Ain Department of Naturalization and Residency decided to extend the working hours of the evening shift at the Al Yahar Passport issuance Office starting next Sunday, June 10, 2012. Working hours will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, while the morning shift working hours remain unchanged, from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
This decision comes in line with the strategy of the sector of Naturalization, Residency and Ports Affairs to facilitate the provision of services. It also achieves the desired goals from establishing the external offices and sub-offices, to deliver the Department’s services to a broader segment of people close to their places of residence.
The decision also highlights the Department’s keenness to provide the necessary facilities to the public, by delivering the best services and completing their transactions as fast as possible and with high quality. The Al Ain Department of Naturalization and Residency seeks to elevate the level of services provided to the locals and residents and to address their needs most efficiently.
