The Capital Police Directorate organized an honoring ceremony, in tribute for its distinguished security teams officers and individuals; officers who obtained the Best Investigating Officer Award 2012; and retired officers and individuals. The ceremony, held at the Directorate’s Ceremonies Hall, was attended by the Capital Police Director General, senior officers and directors of the Directorate’s various police centers.
Brigadier Maktoum Al Shareefi, Director of the Capital Police Directorate called on the honorees to exert further efforts to achieve the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ’s vision and maintain the gains of security and stability. Moreover, Al Shareefi praised the honorees’ efforts to develop and improve distinguished services, to allow easy access to those services by community members. Al Shareefi also expressed his appreciation to the honored retired officers in recognition of their role in developing the police institution.
In the same context, officers from the various police centers affiliated to the Capital Police Directorate honored Brigadier Maktoum Al Shareefi, in recognition of his efforts and communication with all staff; and his tireless support for the initiatives and innovations which aim to develop and improve performance.
