Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Police Central Operations, stressed the keenness of Abu Dhabi Police to develop the skills and abilities of the employees in order to provide high quality services to the citizens, pointing out the importance of raising their efficiency in dealing with callers to serve them in a better way.
Al Raisi called on the 26 employees from the various departments of the Ministry of Interior, who graduated after completing the "Outstanding Performance at the Communications Center and speaking tactfully" course to improve and develop the performance in order to enhance the quality of services.
The graduates were acquainted with the skills of answering phone calls and dealing with the public, and were given guidelines in this regard.
Major Al Raisi handed certificates to the graduates in a ceremony held on the occasion, in the presence of Colonel Saud Mosbah Al Saeidi, Director of the Secretariat of His Highness, Minister of Interior and Captain Nasser Abdullah Al Saadi, Coordinator and Supervisor of the course.
