The Abu Dhabi Police Ports Security Institute celebrated the graduation of 46 personnel who completed two courses on uncovering document falsification and reports writing.

Colonel Abdullah Al Dhaheri, Institute Director, stated that Abu Dhabi Police attaches great importance to the training process, because of their positive impacts on developing police personnel capacities to perform their tasks and enhance quality of performance. 

Lieutenant Colonel Naima Salem Awad, Director of the Training Division at the Institute, explained that the first course on detecting document falsification was held in cooperation with the French Police, and spanned over 10 days during which the participants received training in the main techniques used to uncover falsified documents and identify security standards.

She further added that the participants in the report writing course attended lectures on the security sense concept and its uses in police work, developing cognitive skills, and acquiring modern technological skills in police and security work.

At the end of the ceremony, Colonel Abdullah Al Dhaheri handed out certificates to the graduates, wishing them the best of luck and success.
