41 police personnel complete two courses on anti riot tactics

Abu Dhabi Police celebrated the graduation of 14 personnel who completed two courses on anti-riot tactics and the Tonga and tear gas.

 

24 participated in the first one, while 17 from Community Police Department participated in the second one.

 

The graduation ceremony was attended by Col. Suhail Al Ali, director of Special Tasks affiliated to the General Directorate of Guards and Special Tasks at Abu Dhabi Police, and a number of officers.

 

He said, “the two training courses come as a result of our police leaders keenness to develop the proficiently of its personnel.

 

The participants at the Tonga stick and tear gas course presented a show on self-defence skills by using Tonga stick. They also presented tactics of engagement and methods of using tear gas.
