A total of 18 instructors, from the Police College Training Department, have completed the second "train the trainers" course.
In attendance were Colonel Saif Ali Al Kutbi, director general of Police College, Colonel Ali Abdullah Al Shamesi, director of Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, head departments and sections and police officers at the Police College.
The course aims to enhance the training skills for the trainers at the College’s Training Department, said Al Kutbi.
It comes as part of the creation of national staff members who are able to fill all the training needs, based on the methodologies adopted and the new plan to have a highly efficient national training staff, he added.
Colonel Al Kutbi, accompanied by Colonel Al Shamesi parented gifts to the top achievers and certificates to the participants.
