In collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Community Development, Abu Dhabi Police Social Services Center Department recently took part in the cultural convoys initiative organized under the motto “Our Society, our responsibility” in Hatta.
Lt. Colonel Obaid Rashid Al Mughani, Director of Community Affairs at the Social Services Centers Department stressed the Department’s keenness to continuously participate in the various convoys, because of their positive impact in acquainting the public with the Department and its services.
Through this participation, the Social Services Centers Department at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters acquainted the public with the various services provided by the Department, organized competitions and answered queries. The Department also handed out awareness brochures for the various components of society. Specialists Salem Al Shemaili and Fatima Al Samm also participated in the convoys, providing psychological and social counseling, as well as various lectures related to social family topics.
At the end of event, commemorative shields were exchanged between the Social Services Centers Department and the organizing authority.
