Ports and Airports Security Department team defended his title as a champion of Abu Dhabi Police Futsal Championship for the third year in a row. The team defeated the Capital Police Team 7-0 in the final match that took place in Al Jazeera Club hall in Abu Dhabi yesterday.
Competing for the third place, a game was held between Al Ain Police team and Diplomatic and Government Institution Protection Department team. Al Ain Police Department won the game 3-0 and acquired third place.
Colonel Khamis Musbeh Ghshish Al Merer, Director of Ports and Airports Security Department attended the ceremony of awards distribution on winning teams.
The title of the “Best Scorer of The Championship” went to Abdul Karim Ahmed from Al Ain Police, and the “Best Goalkeeper” was Khalid Saeed from Al Ain Police as well. Gold, silver and bronze medals were given to the first three teams, in addition to recognizing referees: Ahmed Al Tniji and Nabil Numan, and Dahman Haffaf, as the Games Observer.
