Trainees in career planning and development graduated
Brigadier Ali Mohammad bin Darwish, Director General of MoI Human Resources has witnessed today, Thursday the graduation ceremony of trainees from Officers Career Planning and Development Course, organized at Sharjah Federal Police School, in collaboration with Officers Training Institute.
The event has been attended by colonel (Dr.) Mohammad Saeed al Humeidi, Director of Officers Training Institute and a number of MoI officers.
Brigadier bin Darwish has affirmed that MoI pays great attention to the training of police elements, indicating the police leadership directives calling for continuous work to raise the performance and efficiency of employees, through specialized training courses. MoI strategy aims to enhance efforts and to promote work to highest standards.
In the same context Colonel (Dr.) Al Humeidi said “The trainees have received scientific and practical training within the framework of career development requirements, to achieve institutional creativity in all policing and administrative areas”.
“The course has dealt with the concept and importance of career planning and stages of job progress, methods of development and modern methods of career planning”, added Al Humeidi.
29 officers from different MoI Headquarters and Departments have participated in the one-week training course, where they have learned about new developments in career planning
At the end of the ceremony, Brigadier bin Darwish accompanied by Colonel (Dr.) al Humeidi gave away certificates to the graduates .
