The Community Policing Section in Al Rahba Police Station returned lost item to its owner

The Community Policing Section in Al Rahba Police Station, returned a lost wallet containing an amount of “6625” (six thousands and six hundreds twenty five UAE Dhs) and “170” (one hundred seventy Qatari Riyals) to an Indian citizen named Abdullah Mockery, working in a super market in the area. 

The foot patrol of the Community Police consisting of the first sergeant Ali Hassan Al Hamadi and the corporal Abdul Aziz Al Shihi was on duty in the area, when they found a wallet on the ground behind the fence of Al Ajayan preparatory school in the new Shahama area, They contacted the telephone number found in the wallet, which was for one of the groceries in the old Shahama area, fortunately the responder was the owner of the wallet, who was not even aware of losing his wallet. They asked him to come to Al Rahba Police station, where the Lieutenant Salem Al Ameri, Head of the Community Policing Section in Al Rahaba Police station verified the contents of the wallet and reassured himself that, it belongs to the said Indian citizen, who received it with great joy and happiness, thanking The Community Policing staff for their great job done, by returning the wallet and its contents to him.
