Authority reviews ADP model of excellence
Brigadier Jasim Mohammad Al Marzouqi, Deputy Director General of Human Resources received a delegation from Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (RTA), on Thursday. The delegation comprised Engineer Tariq al Awadhi, Executive Manager of Frequentative Spectrum and International Affairs, Engineer Saleh Al Mussaabi, Senior Manager of Monitor and Allocation of Frequentative Spectrum and Engineer Khalid Al Awadhi, Manager of Space Services.
The delegation reviewed ADP model and executive mechanisms the led to winning 4 awards of Abu Dhabi Excellent Government Performance, Second Round.
The meeting was opened by Lt. Colonel Ahmed Al Badi, Representative of Resources and Partnerships Team by welcoming the visiting delegation and confirming the joint interest between local institutions and departments in exchanging knowledge and enhancing partnerships to achieve Abu Dhabi Government aspirations.
Captain Rashid Abdullah Al Dosari, Head of Institutional Secretariat Excellence Section at the Department of Strategy and Performance Development together with Lt. Sameeha al Zidjali, Director of technical Affairs Branch at the Secretariat made a presentation on ADP attempts to win the award. Representatives of Quality and Excellence Teams at ADP were present during the meeting.
The presentation included change process since 2003 where the first strategic plan was launched, working team efforts in implementation of international standards of quality and performance promotion and implementation of institutional excellence standards by ADP. They explained ADP GHQ interest in comprehensive development and constructive initiatives.
At the end of the visit brigadier Al Marzouqi presented a memento to the visiting delegation. They lauded the distinguished performance of ADP and confirmed the importance of exchanging visits for further cooperation and making use of different expertise.
In return Engineer Tariq al Awadhi thanked the working team for warm welcome and that winning of the Excellence Award by ADP is a thing to be proud of by the whole country and it reflects ADP success in spreading the sense of security. He wished ADP GHQ every success.
