A total of 15 students from Al-Imam Muslim School visited the Security Inspection Department K9; the visit falls within the program to introduce police missions to students with the aim of enhancing communication between the police and youth.
Lieutenant Hamad Mubarak Al Azizi, Manager of the Office of Security Inspection Department K9, met the students and briefed them on the department’s tasks. The students watched a sniffer-dogs show in addition to a parade and a show jumping performed by dogs. The students also saw shows on puppies and obedience commands, in addition to other demonstrations of dogs’ skills. The students then toured the hangers where the dogs are housed.
The students then took a tour of the dog pounds. Concluding the visit, gifts were distributed to the students and commemorative photographs were taken.
