Security Inspection Checkpoint Set Up at Abu Dhabi International Airport

Colonel Khamis Musbah Al Marar, Acting General Director of Security and Ports Affairs at the Abu Dhabi Police Ports and Airports Security Department, inaugurated a security inspection checkpoint (K-9) at Abu Dhabi International Airport. The ceremony was attended by a number of officials and Security Inspection Department Personnel, as well as a German police delegation currently visiting the UAE.

Al Marar toured the various offices and departments of the new branch and its different units, commending the role of its personnel; officers, individuals and trainers alike. He pointed out that the inauguration of the new security checkpoint falls in line with the development plans to use trained police dogs in different security operations.

Colonel Jamal Juma Habash, Director of the Abu Dhabi Police Security Inspection Department (K-9), stated that the branch will provide 24/7 security services in the Cargo Village of Abu Dhabi International Airport and the Amiri Airport.
