Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, met Mr. Gonzalo de Benito, Spain’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and the accompanying delegation today at his office.
During the meeting, both parties discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, including ways to strengthen and develop relations between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior; Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; and Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director - General of the Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police. Also present were Colonel Saud Al Sa’idi, Director of the Secretariat of the Office of His Highness the Minister of Interior; and José Eugenio Salarich Fernández Valderrama, Spain’s Ambassador to the UAE.
