On the sidelines of the International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX 2013), Lt. General HH Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior met today Vic Toews, Canadian Minister of Public Safety.
During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, as well ways to empower and improve relations between the two countries.
Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary at the Ministry of Interior; Major General Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior for Resources and Support Services; Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Director - General of the Headquarters Affairs at Abu Dhabi Police; Colonel Saud Al Saadi, Director of the Secretariat of His Highness the Minister of Interior; and a number of high ranked police officers were present at the meeting.
