In its first meeting for 2013, the Media and Public Relations Coordination Committee at the Ministry of Interior discussed a proposal to hold a meeting for PR personnel across ministries and government and private institutions.
The meeting, which was held at the ministry, was chaired by Colonel Hussein Mahmoud Al Awadi, Head of Public Relations Department at eh Ministry of Interior and chairman of the committee. Attendees discussed the committee’s final report, major projects and main achievements for 2012; as well as resuming the rest of the activities and projects listed in the final report.
The committee also addressed ways to enhance cooperation and collaboration between the Media and Public Relations Coordination Committee and the Security Media Department at the General Secretariat of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior.
