A delegation from the Leadership Development Center, at the General Secretariat of the Office of H.H Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Interior, got acquainted with the strategic tasks and programs carried out by the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies & Research (ECSSR).
The visiting delegation was headed by Major Yusuf Al Muhairi, Chief of Future Leaders Section at the Leadership Development Center, and included 18 members of the second Distinguished Leadership Competencies Program (the second class) at the MoI.
The visit is part the series of developmental programs and courses to be organized this year, in order to prepare distinguished competencies, according to institutional excellence standards and innovative approach, commensurate with the objectives underlined in the MoI’s strategy.
Major Al Muhairi reiterated the commitment of the Ministry of Interior to provide all of the necessary resources and requirements to encourage employees to achieve excellence. He also called upon MoI staff members to double the efforts and enroll in the programs that are designed to refine and enhance leadership skills and abilities, to keep pace with the comprehensive development witnessed by the UAE in all areas of innovation and creativity.
