The Ministry of Interior discussed development of human resources systems in the third meeting of the Higher Committee for Human Resources in the Ministry of Interior for year 2012. The meeting was held in the Ministry, headed by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services, and it was attended by the members.
The meeting commenced with the approval of the previous minutes of the 2nd meeting for year 2012, and was followed by the review of the agenda. A number of subjects and training suggestions were discussed.
The attendees discussed subjects suggested to the committee, subjects put on the agenda, and actions and recommendations made after being discussed during the previous meeting. These recommendations pertain to the unified developed curriculum project for the basic preparation courses for the new non-commissioned officers and individuals, which are held by the police schools.
