Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Director General of Central Operations at Abu Dhabi Police; Chairman of the Victim Affairs Office Committee, discussed with the Director of Operational Police Support at INTERPOL, Michael O'Connell, the means to promote cooperation between the Ministry of Interior and the Interpol in areas of common interest.
The meeting focused on cooperation between the two entities in the electronic field, state-of-the-art security software and exchanging views on ways to develop and support the Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) Unit of Interpol. Discussions also took in training, exchanging expertise and promoting as well as training and exchange of common experiences, and the development of work at the Victim Affairs Office in UAE.
At the end of the meeting, and in presence of Colonel Mohammad Ali Al Dallal, Deputy Chairman of the Victim Affairs Office Committee, Al Raisi presented a commemorative shield to Michael O'Connell.
