The Ministry of Interior discussed ways to strengthen cooperation with the German Federal Criminal Police Office in the UAE, in a meeting that was chaired by Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services at the Ministry of Interior, in his office on Monday with Holger Farnung, German Office Liaison Officer. The meeting was attended by Major General Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi, Acting Director General of the Civil Defence, in addition to a number of senior officers from the Ministry of the Interior and the Abu Dhabi Police.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed issues of training, exchange of expertise and visits in the fields of Civil Defense, and reviewed a number of security and training issues of mutual interest between the two countries.
