Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed Shahil Al Qahtani, Head of the Training Department at the Police College, obtained a Master’s Degree cum laude in Criminal Justice.
The thesis committee included Dr. Mohamed Al Amin Al Bushra, Professor of Criminal Justice (Chairman); Dr. Mamdouh Khalil Al Bahr, Professor of Criminal Law at the Police College (Head Supervisor and Member); Dr. Refaat Mohamed Rashwan, Professor of Criminal Law at the Police College (Member); and Dr. Mohamed Obaid Al Mesmari, Assisting Professor of Police Sciences at the Police College (Assistant Supervisor and Member).
Attending the thesis presentation were Major Dr. Nasser Mohammad Al Baker, Director of Postgraduate Studies, and Major Sultan Rashed Al Ibrahimi, Chief of Students Affairs Section, as well as a number of officers and lecturers from the Police College.
