A total of 17 distinguished staff members from the different departments and directorates affiliated with the Directorate General of Police Operations were honored with the Ideal Employee Award in recognition of their efforts in discharging their tasks. The distinguished staff members received the honor from Major General Omair Muhammad Ateeq Al Muhairi, Director General of Police Operations at Abu Dhabi Police, during a ceremony held at the Directorate General of Police Operations’ headquarters.
Major General Al Muhairi also honored six staff members from the directorate, for their dedication and participation in a specialized field training course for external assignments.
In his address, Major General Al Muhairi reiterated the Abu Dhabi Police’s commitment to recognize and encourage distinguished staff members at Abu Dhabi Police. “Such accolades represent a compelling incentive and contribute significantly to developing police work and improving performance to the highest international levels,” he noted.
Moreover, Major General Al Muhairi valued the efforts of the honorees and their dedication to develop police work by enrolling in training courses and programs to reinforce their knowledge, and avail the training to achieve further excellence in the performance of their tasks and duties.
Adding further, he said: “The specialized field courses for external assignments contribute to enhancing the skills of field officers and enable them to achieve the required tasks in the best possible way. ” he called upon the graduates who completed this specialized course to apply the knowledge they have acquired in the training program at their workplace to achieve Abu Dhabi Police’s objectives.
