Legal Education for Promotion and Basics Courses in Sharjah and Ras al-Khaimah

The Law Respect Culture Bureau at the Ministry of Interior organized a legal education lecture that benefitted 180 staff members to be promoted to the rank warrant officers at the Federal Police School in Sharjah, and 33 female recruits enrolled in the Basics Course at the Police Training Institute in Ras al-Khaimah.

Lieutenant Jassem Mohammed Khamis, Law Respect Culture Bureau Branch Manager in the Northern Region, noted that the awareness lectures focused on the importance of instilling the law respect culture, in a bid to enhance positive behaviors and ethical professional practices among police staff members. He said: “The course also aimed at acquainting participants with the various legal aspects that regulate police officers’ work and with their legal and professional rights and obligations at all levels.”
