Colonel Mohammed Hamid bin Dalmouj Al Dhaheri, Strategy and Performance Development Director General at the Ministry of Interior honored Expert Richard Russell, Strategic Adviser on Policing and Security and Head of the Experts Team in the Northern Emirates at the Ministry of the Interior, on the occasion of ending his tenure at the ministry.
Colonel Al Dhaheri welcomed Expert Russell in his office and conveyed the greetings of Major General Dr. Nasser Lakhrebani Al Nuaimi, Secretary General of the Office of HH Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. He also praised his efforts throughout his exceptional tenure at the ministry.
Towards the end of the meeting, Colonel Al Dhaheri presented a commemorative gift and a certificate of appreciation to the expert, and wished him further success and the best of luck.
