His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, ordered the dispatch of an aerial ambulance with a Ministry of Interior officers and a medical team from Health Authority-Abu Dhabi on board to transfer a UAE citizen who fell ill in Saudi Arabia back home for medical treatment.
The Ministry of Interior in a statement said that UAE national Mr. Muhammed Abdullah Al Naqabi (66 years old) fell ill while performing the Umra Islamic ritual in Mecca, where he was shifted to Ajyad Hospital in the Holy City for treatment.
The statement valued the efforts made by the members of the medical staff in Saudi Arabia to treat the UAE national. The statement also wished quick recovery and good health for Mr. Al Naqabi.
