The Directorate General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman celebrated the graduation of 11 female staff members after completing a “Success Engineering Course” organized by the directorate. The graduation ceremony was attended by a number of officers from the Directorate General.

As part of the course, participants received theoretical lectures about self-discovery and development. They were also acquainted with the means to enhance the level of performance, and to form successful work teams in order to reach the coveted career goals.

Colonel Khalifa Rashid Al Ghamlasi, Acting Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman, stressed the importance of such training courses to enhance the efficiency of female staff members at the Directorate. “Such courses acquaint staff members with the various work conditions and pressures, as well as the best approach to adapt to the work environment. This comes in line with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy, and keenness to achieve excellence, develop performance, and hone the skills and competencies of its staff members,” he added.

At the end of the ceremony, Colonel Khalifa honored the lecturer and distributed certificates to the graduates.
